We use the best professional-grade cleaning solutions to kill mold, mildew, algae and bacteria and lift out deep dirt, bringing a fresh, clean shine back to every surface.
We adjust pressure, nozzles and cleaners to the surface, so pavers get a deep clean without damaging the face of the stone or blowing out the joints.
Every pass of our surface cleaner leaves a clean, even stripe — no wand lines, no streaks. Tap any photo to see it full size.

Pressure alone only moves dirt around. We pair it with the best professional-grade cleaners, applied to each surface, to kill what's growing on and in your pavers and concrete — not just rinse the top layer.
We protect plants and nearby surfaces, then apply professional-grade cleaners that kill mold, mildew, algae and bacteria and loosen deep dirt.
A rotary surface cleaner gives an even, streak-free result with no wand lines, followed by detail work on edges and steps.
Everything is rinsed clean. On pavers, we replace washed-out joint sand with polymeric sand to lock them back in.
Most Florida pavers and concrete benefit from a cleaning every 1 to 2 years. Shaded areas, pool decks and spots near trees or sprinklers often need it sooner.

Washing removes dirt, but it also pulls some sand out of the joints. That's why we follow up with polymeric sand, which hardens to lock pavers together and helps keep weeds and ants out.
For the best long-term results, add sealing after the sand cures. Sealer protects against stains, UV fading and mildew, brings out the color of the pavers, and makes future cleanings easier.
We can do all three in one visit plan: wash, re-sand and seal.
Not when it's done right. Too much pressure from a wand held too close can etch pavers and blow out the joints. We use the right pressure for each surface and a surface cleaner for even results, then re-sand the joints.
Usually, yes. Washing removes some joint sand. Replacing it with polymeric sand keeps pavers locked in place and helps prevent weeds and shifting.
It's the best time to. Pavers need to be clean and dry before sealing. Sealing after a wash protects the fresh, clean surface and keeps it looking better for longer.
For most Florida homes, every 1 to 2 years. Pool decks, shaded areas and surfaces under trees may need it once a year.
Yes. We pre-wet and protect landscaping, use cleaners suited for outdoor use, and rinse thoroughly. Around pools we take care to keep runoff out of the water.
Yes. We clean concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, garage aprons and pool decks, as well as all types of pavers.
Not usually. We just need access to the area and an outdoor water spigot. We'll confirm details when we schedule.

Driveways, walkways, patios, porches, fire pits and pool decks for homes and businesses. What's underneath is what makes pavers last, so here is exactly how we build.
Residential and commercial. New installations, extensions and full replacements of old concrete or worn pavers.
Exact depths and materials depend on your soil, site and how the space will be used, and are written into your estimate.
Enough fall to drain water away from your home without feeling sloped.
Screeded flat so every paver sits level and seats evenly.
Crushed aggregate compacted in lifts, deeper for driveways.
Every installation is backed by our workmanship warranty.
The same careful process on every job, from a small walkway to a full commercial entrance.
We meet on site, listen to what you want and look closely at the ground you're building on.
We mark the exact footprint before any digging starts, so there are no surprises.
We remove grass, roots, soil and old material down to the depth the project needs.
Water is the number one reason pavers sink, so drainage is planned before the base goes down.
A strong base is what keeps pavers flat for years.
A smooth, even layer gives every paver a level bed to sit on.
Pavers are laid by hand in your chosen pattern with tight, consistent joints.
The perimeter is locked in so pavers can't spread and joints can't open.
The surface is compacted, then the joints are filled and locked.
We finish, clean up and walk the project with you.
Your written estimate spells out exactly what we'll do, so you know what you're getting before we start.

It depends on size and site conditions. Most residential projects take a few days. We give you a schedule with your estimate.
Some cities and HOAs require approval for driveways and other hardscapes. We'll let you know what's typically needed and can provide drawings and product info for your HOA.
Yes. We remove the old concrete, haul it away, prepare a proper base and install new pavers.
Usually right after compaction and sanding. If sealing is included, we'll tell you how long to stay off it while the sealer cures.
Usually a weak or thin base, no compaction, poor drainage or missing edge restraints. Our process is built to prevent all four.
Our 1-year warranty covers our workmanship, including settling or shifting caused by installation.
Clean, re-sand and seal: the complete process that keeps pavers looking new and holds up to Florida sun, rain and salt.
Unsealed pavers fade in the Florida sun, stain easily and lose joint sand every time it rains. Sealing protects the surface and the joints together.
Sealer brings faded, chalky pavers back to rich, even color and gives them a protective layer that dirt and water can't soak into.
Without it, pavers slowly turn gray, joints wash out and stains soak in. Most Florida pavers should be resealed every 2 to 3 years, depending on sun, traffic and the sealer used.

We'll show you both and help you choose based on your pavers, your style and how the area is used.

Protects the pavers while keeping them close to their original look. A great choice for pool decks and walkways.

Deepens color and adds a satin shine that makes driveways and entries stand out.
Sealing is only as good as the prep underneath it. Here is exactly what's included.
We walk the pavers with you and check their condition before we touch anything.
Sealing locks in whatever is there, so problems get fixed before we seal.
A clean surface is the only way sealer bonds properly.
Washing pulls sand out of the joints, so we replace it.
Sealer must go on dry pavers to cure clear and bond well.
Sealer is applied evenly with a sprayer and back-rolled where needed.
We tell you exactly when you can walk and drive on it again.

Your estimate lists everything, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Most Florida pavers do best with resealing every 2 to 3 years. High-sun, high-traffic and pool areas may need it sooner.
Yes. Older pavers usually need a deep clean, any repairs and fresh polymeric sand first. Then they seal up beautifully.
Failing sealer has to be addressed before resealing. We'll check it and recommend the right fix during your estimate.
Sealed surfaces can be smoother when wet. For pool decks and walkways we recommend finishes suited to wet, barefoot areas.
It depends on the sealer and the weather. We'll give you clear times for foot traffic and for vehicles before we leave.
Always. Cleaning, repairs and polymeric sand are part of every sealing job.
Sunken, uneven, shifting or cracked pavers repaired the right way: by fixing the base and drainage, not just the surface.
Small problems spread. A low spot holds water, washes out more sand and gets bigger every rainy season. Fixing it early costs less.

We fix the cause, not just the symptom, so the repair holds.
The same careful approach whether it's one sunken corner or a whole driveway.
Sinking is a symptom. We find out why before we fix anything.
Pavers in the problem area are carefully removed and set aside to reuse.
This is the step that makes the repair last.
Fresh bedding sand is screeded, and pavers go back in pattern.
The area is locked in and blended into the surrounding surface.
Joints are filled, the area is cleaned and you can use it right away.
Often. It depends on the maker, style and age. We bring samples or source the closest match, and reuse your original pavers wherever possible.
We reuse your original pavers whenever possible. Cleaning and sealing the whole area afterward helps everything blend in.
Most sinking and shifting can be repaired. If the base has failed across the whole area, we'll explain the options and costs of each.
Usually yes. Polymeric sand needs a short time to set, and we'll let you know before we leave.
Yes. Our repairs are backed by our 1-year workmanship warranty.
